Water Effect in Adobe Photoshop

Step 1: Open an existing picture, choose a nature background, here's a sample. CTRL+A to select the entire region, CTRL + C to copy.

Step 2: Open a new document, then click ok, as shown on image.

Step 3: Click a Text Tool on the toolbox as shown on image.

Step 5: On the layer window, RIGHT CLICK on the text layer as shown on label A, then click on rasterized layer as shwon on label B

Step 4: Type a anything, in this example i used "Multimedia".

Step 6: Click on Rectangular Marquee Tool, select the letter M in the word as shown on image

Step 7: Click on MOVE Tool, then rotate the letter "M" as shown on image. You can rotate in your own deisgn...

Step 8: Do STep 6 and Step 7 to the other letter,until you form an image as shown below.

Step 9: On the layer Multimedia, set the Fill Opacity to 0 as shown on label A

Step 10: right click on the layer having the multimedia text, then click on Blending Options

Step 11: fo the following settings

Click on square as shown on label A, Select a color,, then click on the portion of the image, as shown on lable B,then click OK as shown on label C

Step 12: Use Brush and stroke it on the edge of the text to make it more smudge and watery effect, you can also used eraser and smudge tool.
